White Water Rafting Rivers of the World - Tanzania

Rufiji River Safari, Tanzania

The Rufiji River of Africa runs through the country of Tanzania. This water body is the result of the union of two other distinguished rivers of the African continent – the Kilombero and Luwegu Rivers. The Rufiji River rises in Southwestern Tanzania and empties into the Indian Ocean. The most prominent tributary of the river is the Great Ruaha River.

However, the waterway is quite famous for its breathtaking beauty. The presence of lush wildlife surrounding the river has also added to the magnificence of this water body.
